Code of Conduct
The SCQ applique a code of conduite clair for garantir a climat respectueux, a communication honnête and a organisation saine. This document encadre the comportement of members, bénévoles, représentants and administrateurs.

Principes essentiels
Respect and dignité
- Respect of toutes the personnes, sans intimidation ni harcèlement.
- Refus of insultes, menaces, propos humiliants or dénigrants.
- Comportement exemplaire lors of échanges publics and privés.
Honnêteté and integrity
- Communication honnête, sans manipulation ni désinformation volontaire.
- Refus of fausses représentations to the nom of the SCQ.
- Respect of rules internes and of engagements pris.
Accountability and discipline
- Respect of consignes lors of activités, réunions and communications officielles.
- Utilisation responsable of plateformes (site, réseaux sociaux, groupes).
- Protection of the image of the SCQ : avoid toute action who nuit to the mouvement.
Protection of the public and of the mouvement
- Refus of comportements violents or incitant à the violence.
- Refus of actions illégales, of the fraude or of the abus of confiance.
- Signalement of situations graves to the responsables (and to the autorités si requis).
Signalement and traitement
Si vous devez signaler a comportement, utilisez the page Contact and indiquez clairement : the date, the contexte, the personnes impliquées and the preuves disponibles (captures, liens, etc.). The signalements are traités of façon sérieuse and confidentielle, selon the rules internes applicables.
